Under the leadership of Jules Lévy, inventor and organizer of the movement, Les Arts Incoherents, quickly find themselves personalities revolving in the world of the press, arts and show: writers, comedians, columnists, caricaturists, musicians … Their job is to amuse, what is also purpose of the inconsistent arts: restore the French gaiety suffocated by the pessimism the end of century. Famous figures such as: Alphonse Allais, Salis, Coquelin Cadet, Henri Rivière...

Toulouse Lautrec would have participated in the Inconsistent in 1886 under the pen name of " Tolav Segroeg, Hungarian of Montmartre, pupil of Horse's Pubis (Elève de Pubis de Cheval) " with an entitled painting " Batignolles, three and a half years before Jesus Christ ", oil paint on sandpaper. HTL would have done it again in 1889.

Nobody has proof. The anagram Tolav Segroeg read from right to left gives this Valot Georges. Or one anagram within another anagram: Volta Georges, Lovat Georges, Volat Georges.
